What is Formal Recruitment?

Panhellenic Recruitment is a mutual selection process where a potential member has the opportunity to meet with chapter members, ask a variety of questions, and tour the living units. Formal Recruitment is scheduled for August 15-21, 2010. All women participating in Formal Recruitment will need to arrive on Sunday, August 15, 2010 to move into their respective residence hall.

Recruitment is a fun-filled week of socials, during which sororities share their sisterhood with potential members. Formal Recruitment is five days filled with socials. These days allow you to get a glimpse into the personalities and values of each of the 14 chapters. Just as sororities are looking for the right women to join their chapters, you should be looking for a chapter that fits you. Each sorority has something unique to offer and with 14 chapters, you will be able to find a group of women with whom you identify.

Registration opens on Monday, June 1, 2010
Registration closes on Friday, July 23, 20010

Once your registration is complete (payment and transcript received) a booklet with more in-depth information will be sent to you in the mail
